At what time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2.30 p.m. and check-out before 11a.m. We have a luggage storage where it is possible to store the suitcases before checking-in or before leaving. Late check-out (after 11 a.m.) is subject to availability and must be required upon arrival. The price depends on the season and the type of room booked.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS and MAESTRO

What are your cancellation terms?
We have 2 types of rates:
Rooms with a Standard Rate: It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation up to 3 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellations or modifications or no-shows the hotel will charge the first night of stay.
Rooms with a Not Refundable Rate: In this case prices are discounted compared to standard rates. The full amount of the stay is charged at the moment of booking and then it is not possible to cancel or modify the reservation for free.

Do you have internet connection?
Yes. Wi-fi is free and available in the whole building
Do we have to pay the city tax at the hotel?
The city tax has to be settled in cash upon arrival. The cost is of €3.50 per person per night (children under 10 years old are free)

What happens if I need to leave earlier?
In case of early departure (before 7 a.m.) we kindly ask you to inform the reception the evening before by 8 p.m.
If you leave earlier than booked we charge the full stay.

Do children under 3 stay for free?
Yes. On request at the moment of booking we can add also a free baby cot in the room.

Do you have parking?
We do not have a car park but if you come by car you can park in Piazzale Roma or at Tronchetto Car Park and then catch the water bus n. 1 to Sant’Angelo or n. 2 to Rialto. Showing our invoice at the end of the stay it is possible to get a small discount at Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma.

What happens if you forget your document?
Guests without a valid passport cannot stay in the hotel. Young people under 18 year old can stay only with their parents otherwise they have to show an authorization signed by both parents declaring that they are aware that their son/daughter is staying in our hotel on the required dates and with the persons indicated. They have to attach to the authorization also the copy of their passports.
